I am really highly impressed by the decision of FDA. The Food and Drug administration really issues the best of regarding thing for these type of drugs. And the Cholesterol drug is really a dangerous option for the human body. And it's really appreciative step by FDA.

There are some great herbal supplements that can work well (they certainly work for me).

Swiss Herbal Menopause Formula (I use the Extra Strength) has a lot of the different herbs and vitamins that seem to relieve the symptoms (hot flashes, mood swings, etc.) of menopause.
I didn't want to use hormone replacement therapy, so I tried a number of herbal supplements until I found one that worked for me. I don't get hot flashes anymore (maybe 1 or 2 a week), my mood doesn't swing up and down, and I can sleep at night (I take their Nighttime formula as well).
I also take extra calcium (that can help with sleep problems) plus a good 50+ multivitamin.

I take one VYTORIN 10-30mg at night
It has done me good at first.
I`m worried about the long turm.
i was told to just take garlic plls. -is this true ?
